New to California Western? Or, have you just received a new workstation in your
office? If so then you're in the right place! This site includes
useful self-help information for the new employee as well as for an existing
employee who has just received a new workstation on their desktop.
If you are new to our network
and you've just logged into your workstation for the first time, you should click on
each of the links to the left to get you going with the basics...the "stuff you
need to know" to use a computer on our network. If you are an existing
employee it's also a good idea to click on each of the links to the left to get
a refresher on our procedures and policies, however the ShoreTel link will
probably be most helpful to get you up and running again quickly.
Also, the IT Help Desk offers all new users a short in-person orientation meeting to answer your questions and to guide you in successfully
using a workstation on our network. Please email to schedule this orientation meeting with a date and time that works for you. We'll get back to you to schedule a time to meet with you.
