What are some ways to easily clean up my data?
Q5: What are some ways to easily clean up my data?

Whenever you have a list of your files, no matter what you are using to see them, you can click on the column heading to sort by date to find old files, size to find big files, etc., all column headings are sortable.  In this case I clicked on Date Modified for oldest first.  It will always sort on oldest folders first, then oldest files.  Clicking on the column heading acts as a toggle to sort either ascending or descending.

To delete an entire list of items:  (This color seen later refers to these instructions)

- Hold down the CONTROL KEY + LEFT CLICK on the first item then

- SHIFT + LEFT CLICK on the same first item

- Move down to the last item, or any item below the first one), hit SHIFT + LEFT CLICK.

- That will select all of the items between, now shown in blue.

-  RIGHT CLICK anywhere in the blue area, chose YES to delete them all l
