I am trying to open a file on my S:\ or U:\ drive.
Q1: I am trying to open a file on my S: or U: drive. It gave me an error message and when I went to look in Windows Explorer for the file I saw that my S: and U: drives were not connected. What should I do?

A: Your S: and U: drives are connected every time you log in. If you see they are not connected then please log off and back on again, or perform a full system restart.
