Q1: I am trying to open a file on my S: or U: drive. It gave me an error message and when I went to look in Windows Explorer for the file I saw that my S: and U: drives were not connected. What should I do?

Q2: I am trying to log in to the California Western Online Info site (http://info.cwsl.edu). I put my username and password in at the prompt but it won’t let me in.

Q3: I accidentally deleted a file from my S: or U: drive. When I go to my Recycle Bin it's not there. Why not?

Q4: I used to be able to login to my workstation with just my three initials. Now I need my entire username to login to my workstation. What has happened?

Q5: What are some ways to easily clean up my data?
