Welcome to the Information Technology HelpDesk Website

This site provides self-help computing resources and information for California Western faculty and staff. We will also use this site to communicate network-related status messages to the user community. This site will be updated periodically, so please check back often.

Students seeking computer help should visit the Library's Student Network and Computer Labs page or visit the Student Computer Lab Technician located in the Library's computer lab.

Authentication Required
Certain pages on the HelpDesk site require authentication if you are accessing the page from outside of the CWSL network. Wherever you see the lock icon next to the link, you will be required to enter your network login and password (if you are accessing the page from outside of the CWSL network domain). 


Network Status

Network downtime is rare on the CWSL computer network. However, if and when serious problems occur and systems are down, please check this space for the status.
